These terms govern the Roamorrow services provided by the operator above: the iOS app, website and optional Telegram bot. The Chinese version follows the English version. Mandatory rights under applicable law are preserved.

1. Using the service
Roamorrow helps you discover and record travel experiences and, where available, plan or share them and communicate with others. Available features depend on the version, configuration, location and account/entitlement. A guide, illustration, preview or read-only screen is not a promise that an unfinished feature is available. You must have the legal capacity or any required guardian authorization to use the service and make purchases. Companion features are for people aged 18 or older and require your confirmation; the app does not verify everyone's identity or age.
Keep your sign-in methods and API credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person or access accounts, records or services without authorization. You are responsible for the content and choices you submit through your own use of the service.
2. Travel information and AI
Maps, estimated walking times, opening information, recommendations, confidence indicators and AI answers can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Independently check access, opening times, local restrictions, weather, transport and your own safety before acting. AI output is assistance, not an assurance of accuracy or a decision made for you.
The service is not an emergency service, live safety guarantee or verification of another traveler's identity. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service directly. Do not rely on the app for safety-critical navigation or professional medical, legal or financial advice.
3. Your content and other users
You retain your rights in content you submit. By submitting it, you authorize the processing, storage, display and sharing necessary to provide the features you request, consistent with the Privacy Policy and your selections. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that use, including for photos, location or information about other people. Sharing a link, route, profile, message or attachment can disclose that content to its recipients; recipients may retain a copy.
Do not harass, threaten, defraud, exploit or unlawfully discriminate against others; post illegal or infringing content; disclose someone else's private information without permission; or compromise the security or operation of the service. Use available report/block controls or the private contact above for concerns. Do not put sensitive personal information in a public GitHub issue. We may restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to protect users, address abuse or comply with law, subject to applicable rights.
4. Privacy and permissions
The separate Roamorrow Privacy Policy explains data processing and your controls. Location, voice, camera and photo functionality uses applicable permissions or explicit selection. Refusing an optional permission can limit that feature. Accepting these terms is not consent to every optional permission or to new, unrelated data collection.
Selected third-party services, including custom AI providers, also have their own terms. Review those services before sending them data or credentials. The service operator does not grant you a license to third-party content beyond the rights actually available for that content.
5. Free features, Pro and App Store purchases
Free and paid capabilities are those actually displayed and available in the product. AI allowances, model access and feature availability can vary; there is no lifetime access, unlimited AI usage or fixed price unless explicitly offered in the actual purchase flow.
Before an App Store purchase, Apple displays the current product, price, billing period and any introductory-offer eligibility. Where an auto-renewing subscription is offered, it renews under the purchase terms shown by Apple unless you cancel it. Manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings. Deleting this app, clearing local data or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel a subscription. Restore purchases uses the current Apple account and verified entitlements; it is not a guarantee that every account has a previous purchase.
Apple administers App Store billing and refund requests under its applicable rules and your mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not remove a refund or other remedy required by law. See Apple subscription management and Apple refund requests.
For App Store licensed versions, Apple's Standard EULA applies unless a different applicable license agreement is expressly provided with that app. These service terms do not purport to replace Apple's license agreement or the applicable licenses of open-source components. We have not set a custom EULA in App Store Connect merely by publishing this page.
6. Availability, ending use and responsibility
Network access, external providers and configuration affect availability. We may update or discontinue features for operational, security or legal reasons, with notice and any remedies required by applicable law. Paid access remains subject to the actual purchase terms and mandatory rights; an unfinished preview alone is not a paid entitlement.
You can stop using the service and request access, correction or deletion of personal data through the contact above. In-app local reset actions have the scope described in the Privacy Policy and are not equivalent to cloud-account deletion or cancellation of a subscription.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, every third-party result or another user's behavior. You remain responsible for your travel and sharing decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, permits a violation of mandatory consumer/privacy rights, or requires a particular arbitration process or governing jurisdiction not otherwise applicable to you.
7. Updates and contact
We will date updates and provide appropriate notice of material changes where required. A change does not retroactively remove mandatory rights. Contact the operator using the private contact above for support, privacy requests or questions about these terms. Do not send passwords or API keys.

2. 旅行信息与 AI
地图、估算步行时间、营业信息、推荐、可信度提示和 AI 回答可能不完整、过时或错误。行动前请独立确认通行条件、营业时间、当地限制、天气、交通及自身安全。AI 提供辅助，不保证准确，也不替你作出决定。
本服务不是紧急救援服务、实时安全保证或其他旅行者的身份认证。遇到紧急情况请直接联系当地相应紧急服务，不要依赖应用进行安全关键导航，也不要将其视为专业医疗、法律或财务建议。
3. 内容与其他用户
你保留所提交内容的权利。提交内容即授权我们在你请求的功能所需范围内，按隐私政策和你的选择处理、存储、展示与分享。你应拥有该使用所需的权利和许可，包括涉及照片、位置或他人信息时。分享链接、路线、资料、消息或附件可能向接收者披露相应内容，接收者可能自行保留副本。
不得骚扰、威胁、欺诈、剥削或违法歧视他人；发布违法或侵权内容；未经许可披露他人隐私；或破坏服务安全和正常运行。遇到问题可使用可用的举报/屏蔽功能或顶部私密联系邮箱，请勿在公开 GitHub issue 中提交敏感个人信息。为合理保护用户、处理滥用或遵守法律，我们可能限制内容或访问，同时保留适用权利。
4. 隐私与权限
独立的 Roamorrow 隐私政策说明数据处理与可管理选项。定位、语音、相机和照片功能使用相应权限或明确选择；拒绝可选权限可能限制该功能。接受本协议不等于同意全部可选权限，也不授权无关的新数据采集。
选用的第三方服务（包括自定义 AI 服务商）有各自条款，发送数据或凭据前请先核对。服务运营者不会授予超出第三方内容实际可用权利的许可。
5. 免费功能、Pro 与 App Store 购买
免费和付费能力以产品中真实展示且开放的内容为准。AI 额度、模型访问与功能可能不同；除非实际购买流程明确提供，否则不包含终身访问、无限 AI 用量或固定价格承诺。
App Store 购买前，Apple 会显示当前商品、价格、计费周期与优惠资格。如提供自动续订订阅，将按 Apple 展示的购买条件续订，直至取消。你可在 Apple 订阅设置管理或取消；删除应用、清除本地数据或申请注销账号本身不会取消订阅。恢复购买取决于当前 Apple 账号及验证后的权益，并不保证每个账号都有历史购买。
Apple 根据其适用规则及你的强制性消费者权利处理 App Store 计费和退款请求。本协议不排除法律规定的退款或其他救济，参见 Apple 订阅管理与 Apple 退款请求。
App Store 许可版本适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议，除非该应用明确提供其他适用许可。本服务协议不替代 Apple 许可协议或开源组件的适用许可证；发布本文本身并不代表已在 App Store Connect 配置自定义 EULA。
6. 可用性、停止使用与责任
网络、外部服务商和配置影响服务可用性。出于运营、安全或法律原因，我们可能更新或停止功能，并提供适用法律要求的通知与救济。付费访问仍受实际购买条件和强制性权利约束，未完成的预览本身不代表已购买权益。
你可停止使用服务，并通过顶部邮箱申请访问、更正或删除个人数据。应用内本地重置的范围以隐私政策说明为准，不等于云端账号删除或订阅取消。
我们无法保证服务始终不中断、每项第三方结果准确或其他用户的行为。你仍需对自己的旅行和分享决定负责。本协议不排除法律禁止排除的责任，不允许侵犯强制性消费者/隐私权利，也不额外要求原本不适用于你的特定仲裁程序或司法管辖。
7. 更新与联系
我们会标注更新日期，并按要求对重大变化作出适当通知；变更不会追溯剥夺强制性权利。支持、隐私请求或协议问题请通过顶部私密联系邮箱联系运营者，不要发送密码或 API 密钥。
